Delivery takes about several business days (affected by coronavirus), rarely longer depending on the customer location (local festivities or Customs order processing).
      Delivery to destination can take longer than usual due to longer Customs processing.
      Your tracking number and the express company website link will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out.  We will also e-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery. After you receive the order you purchased, you are free to write a review. 
      Please contact us within several months of shipment. If there is no receipt or delivery, our representative will resolve this problem ASAP. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
